Heather Slawecki
ABOUT ME
Photo Setting: Frog Hollow Farm B&B, Upper Bucks County, Pennsylvania
Heather Slawecki lived in four towns in Upper and Central Bucks County, Pennsylvania, including in an old farmhouse similar to the Element Mysteries setting. Most of her childhood memories stem from the setting ... beautiful preserved land, mysterious places, and historical landmarks where she could trace the steps of greats like Ben Franklin, William Penn, and George Washington. But some of her favorite memories are from her own adventures on foot or horseback. Often they led to hidden springs, walk-in caves, and even covered-up crime deep in the woods. All true inspirations behind the Element Mysteries.
Heather is a graduate of Central Bucks High School East and of Widener University, where she holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature. She began her writing career as a feature writer for the Bucks County Courier Times and has spent the last twenty-five years as an award-winning senior copywriter for general and internal advertising agencies in the Philadelphia area. She's busy working on her next novel and providing personalized service to her clients through her own publishing/advertising agency. For more info, go to www.graylynpress.com

Heather is the proud recipient of the 2020 Indies Today Award for Best Suspense for Element of Danger, book II in the Element Mysteries series.
